“The Company announces that the shareholder circular relating to the class closure meetings to be held in respect of each class of the Company’s shares will be posted to shareholders today.
The circular contains notices convening the class closure meetings, which will be held starting at 11.00 a.m. on 27 February 2014 at Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 3QL.
A copy of the circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and will also be made available on the Company’s website www.bhglobal.com
