HAMILTON, BERMUDA – 31 December, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange ("BSX"), BIAS Global Portfolios, SPC (the “Fund”) announced the resignation from the Board of Directors of Mr. Nicholas M Frost. The filing stated:

BIAS Global Portfolios, SPC (Company) hereby announces that Mr. Nicholas M Frost has resigned as director of the Company and its four connected funds with effect from 24 November 2015.
