BSX Suspends Listing of Wealth Assurance Holdings Ltd.
Hamilton, Bermuda – 14 February, 2014 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) has today suspended the Listing of the Ordinary Shares of Wealth Assurance Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: WAH.BH) to allow the Company time to appoint a new Registrar and Transfer Agent, a condition of the Company’s on-going obligations and conditions required under the BSX Regulations, Section IIIA, Chapter 4, Regulation 4.10.
