BSX Lifts Suspension of Wealth Assurance Holdings Ltd.
Hamilton, Bermuda – 26 February, 2014 - The Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) has today lifted the suspension affecting the Listing of the Ordinary Shares of Wealth Assurance Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”; Ticker: WAH.BH). Trading will be permissible effective as of the opening of the market on Thursday, 27 February, 2014.
The Company has appointed Appleby Management (Bermuda) Ltd., as Registrar and Transfer Agent, a condition of the Company’s on-going obligations and conditions required under the BSX Regulations, Section IIIA, Chapter 4, Regulation 4.10.
