Hamilton, Bermuda – 07 March, 2014 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the de-listing, of Primary Capital Ltd. (PRIM.BH) effective from Friday, 07 March, 2014, in accordance with the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2:
1. Regulation 2.24(1) – failure to pay Listing fees; &,
2. Regulation 2.24(4) – unsuitability to Listed for failure to meet on-going obligations.
