Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 March, 2014 – Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited (the “Bank”; Ticker: NTB.BH) today notified the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) that the Bank’s shares were voluntarily delisted from the Cayman Stock Exchange effective 10 March, 2014.
