Hamilton, Bermuda – 25 March, 2014 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Biomax Rubber Industries Ltd. (the "Company" or "Biomax"; Ticker: BIOX.BH), advised of Directors Dealing in own Securities. The filing stated:
“On 11 March 2014, the Company received notification that 6,298,000 Common Shares of the Company currently held by Biomax Industries SDN BH were transferred as follows to directors of the Company:
Chong Wee Chong 2,519,200 Common Shares. Mr. Chong’s resultant holdings in the Company will be 2,519,200 Common Shares representing 28% of the issued share capital of the company.
Yang Zeng Hui 3,778,800 Common Shares. Mr. Chong’s resultant holdings in the Company are 3,778,800 Common Shares representing 42% of the issued share capital of the company.
The Company confirms that there has been no change in beneficial ownership of the shares as a result of the transfer.”
