Hamilton, Bermuda – 26 March, 2014 – Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company" or "BCGR") today filed a statement relating to the third placing of new shares in the Company pursuant to the Placing Programme announced on 17 April 2013. The filing read:
“The Company announces that the Third Placing under the Placing Programme has been postponed. A further announcement will be made as appropriate.
Terms used and not defined in this announcement bear the meaning given to them in the Prospectus.”
