Hamilton, Bermuda – 17 April, 2014 – Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company" or "BCGR") announces that it’s 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at 94 Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke HM 08, Bermuda on 14 May 2014 at 1:00 p.m. (Bermuda time).
In connection with this meeting, a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the period 6 December, 2012, (commencement of operations) to 31 December, 2013, copies of which have been posted to shareholders, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (“NSM”) at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *. The Notice of the 2014 Annual General Meeting, and its associated Proxy Form, are both included within the Annual Report.
