APOLLO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS, LTD. - INTEREST IN SECURITIES
Hamilton, Bermuda – 29 April, 2014 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Apollo Enterprise Solutions, Ltd. (“AES”; Tickers: AES.BH & OAL.GR) today announces that further to the recent issue of 2,213,637 warrants over Common Shares in the capital of the Company (“Warrants”) to Joseph Konowiecki, such Warrants represent in excess of three per cent. (3%) of the issued securities convertible into the Company’s Common Shares of par value $0.0001 each (“Common Shares”).
Mr. Konowiecki, Chairman and a director of the Company, has a beneficial interest in 15,026,203 Common Shares, representing 33.81% of the Company’s issued Common Shares.
Separate disclosure of the issue of the Warrants to Mr. Konowiecki is made pursuant to Regulation 6.14(2)(iii) of the Listing Regulations of the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
