Hamilton, Bermuda – 30 April, 2014 – Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company" or "BCGR") announces that 6,489,615 new ordinary shares of $0.00001 each (“Ordinary Shares”) were issued for cash at $1.065 per share. These shares have been issued to satisfy market demand.
Application will be made for 6,489,615 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Specialist Fund Market and on the Bermuda Stock Exchange ("BSX"). The Company expects that the Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading at 8.00 a.m. on 6 May 2014. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 179,617,766.
