Snaefell II Alternative Investment Fund – Voluntary Suspension of Listing

Hamilton, Bermuda – 01 May, 2014 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Snaefell II Alternative Investment Fund PLC (the “Company”) announced that, the BSX had granted the Company’s request for a temporary suspension of Listing effective 01 May, 2014. The filing states:

“SNAEFELL II ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND PLC (the "Fund" or the "Issuer”)

Notification of the Issuer’s voluntary suspension of its listing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange

The Directors wish to announce that further to a full redemption request from the Issuer’s shareholder, being the sole shareholder of all the participating redeemable preference shares in issue, the Fund has filed its intention to suspend its listing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange.

It is noted that the Issuer will remain solvent whilst awaiting new investment which is anticipated during November 2014.

The Directors undertake to inform the Bermuda Stock Exchange of the Issuer’s status prior to this date in order that the Bermuda Stock Exchange may determine whether or not a listing can continue.

Notification of change of Custodian

The Directors wish to announce that the Issuer’s Custodian, BNP Paribas Securities Services S.C.A. has closed their Isle of Man office, located at Merchant’s House, 24 North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM99 2PG with effect from 30 April 2014 and that their Custodian services have be transferred to BNP Paribas Securities Services S.C.A., Jersey Branch, located at Liberte House, La Motte Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 5RL with effect from this date. A Novation Agreement with the Custodian has been executed to this effect.”
