Hamilton, Bermuda. – 07 May, 2014 – In a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) Nordica Life (Bermuda) Ltd. (the "Company"; Ticker: NORD.BH), a Bermuda registered Class C long term insurer, has released the Company’s audited financial results to 31 December, 2013.
Additionally, the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $1.74 per common share payable on or before 31 May, 2014, to shareholders of record on 14 May, 2014.
