Bermuda Capital Company Limited Delists From BSX
Hamilton, Bermuda – 09 May, 2014 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Bermuda Capital Company Limited (Ticker: BCCBRCI.BH) delists from the BSX effective 09 May, 2014.
At the Special General Meeting of the Company on Friday, 21 March, 2014, a Scheme of Arrangement, whereby all shareholders and assets will be transferred to an Irish UCITS Scheme, was approved. As a result the Company has also voluntarily de-listed from the BSX.
