Somers Limited - Share Repurchases Summary (Excerpt)

Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 May, 2014 – In a filing, dated 16 May, 2014, to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Somers Limited (“Somers”, the “Company” or the “Group”; Ticker: SOM.BH), submitted a summary of recent Company share repurchases. The filing stated, in part:

“Please be advised that on December 2, 2013, a total of 200 common shares of the Company were repurchased for cancellation.  Such transaction occurred too late to be included in the cancelled share totals notified to the Bermuda Stock Exchange (the “Exchange”) on December 3, 2013. 

Please be further advised that, between February 1 and February 28, 2014, a total of 67,000 common shares of the Company were repurchased for cancellation. 

Please be further advised that, between March 1 and March 31, 2014, a total of 495 common shares of the Company were repurchased for cancellation.

Please be further advised that, between April 1 and April 30, 2014, a total of 3,300 common shares of the Company were repurchased for cancellation.

In aggregate, between June 10, 2013 and April 30, 2014, a total of 156,383 common shares of the Company have been repurchased for cancellation, of which 93,388 have been previously notified to the Exchange.”
