HAMILTON, Bermuda – 28 May, 2014 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the Butterfield Global Blue Chip Fund (the “Fund"; Ticker: BUTGBCF.BH) announced that, effective 05 May, 2014, Mr. Peter Walker resigned as a director of the Fund. There were no adverse circumstances affecting his resignation and no replacement director has been identified at this time.
