Early Redemption of International Private Capital SPC Ltd. Notes
Hamilton, Bermuda – 06 June, 2014 – International Private Capital SPC Ltd. (the “Company”) advises that, following the early redemption, on 01 June, 2014, of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) Listed Euro 8.75 Million Series B1 Notes - Due August, 2014 (Ticker: CCSB1N14.BH), said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
Additionally, the Company has also delisted the International Private Capital SPC Ltd. - Dual Currency Partially Protected Medium Term Note Program (CCDCPPNP.BH), effective 06 June, 2014.
