(the “Company”), that has a listing of its Insurance Linked Notes on the BSX, the Principal At-Risk Variable Rate Notes due April 9, 2015 (ISIN: US7482HAA95), advises of changes to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”).
The filing stated that at a meeting of the Board, held on 11 June, 2014, Mr. Stephen Hodgins resigned as Director and Mr. Brendan Roche was appointed as his replacement. The changes are effective 19 June, 2014.
