Hamilton, Bermuda – 07 July, 2014 – Further to the announcement made on 13 June, 2014 the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), announces that the BSX Listing of RezGen 5 Ltd. (formerly NeoMedigen Ltd; Ticker: REZG5.BH) has been cancelled, effective Monday, 07 July, 2014, for failing meet their on-going obligations and conditions required under the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, Regulation 2.24(1), (3) & (4).
