HSBC Fund of Funds Reorganisation
Hamilton, Bermuda – 27 August, 2014 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), the HSBC Fund Of Funds Limited (the “Fund”) announced that as part of a reorganisation of the Fund, shareholders in the Bond & Equity classes will have a compulsory redemption of their shares and become shareholders in the HSBC Managed Portfolios Limited – World Selection classes – fund.
Consequently, the Fund has, effective 27 August, 2014, voluntarily delisted the Bond Fund Classes AD (ALLFFBI.BH); AC (HSBBOAC.BH); & LC (HSBBOLC.BH), as well as the Equity Fund Classes AC (ALLFFEA.BH); & LC (HSBEQLC.BH), from the BSX.
