Hamilton, Bermuda – 15 September, 2014 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), INVESTEC AUSTRALIA PROPERTY FUND ("IAPF” or the “Fund”; Ticker: IAP.BH) announced the results of the recent General Meeting. The filing states:
“Unitholders are advised that at the general meeting of Investec Australia Property Fund held on 12 September 2014, all the resolutions set out in the notice and proposed at the meeting, without modification, were passed by the requisite majority of unitholders.
