GOGLOBAL PROPERTIES LIMITED – FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

HAMILTON, Bermuda – 24 October, 2014 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, GoGlobal Properties Limited (“GoGlobal”; Ticker: GGB.BH) released an update regarding the Company’s name change. The filing read:

“FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND UPDATE REGARDING THE REDENOMINATION OF THE COMPANY’S CURRENCY

1.         CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

Shareholders are referred to previous announcements, the last of which was released on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) website and on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 10 September 2014 (the “announcement”) wherein shareholders were advised that, with effect from 9 October 2014 the name of the company is “Stenprop Limited”.

The change of company name has been registered with the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda. The company’s abbreviated JSE name, ISIN and share codes on the BSX and the JSE will change as a result of the change of name of the company.

2.         SALIENT DETAILS AND TIMETABLE

The salient details and dates relating to the change of company name, change of the abbreviated JSE name, change of ISIN and change of the company’s share codes on the BSX and the JSE are set out in the table below. The dates are applicable to shareholders on the Bermudian and South African share registers.

3.   UPDATE REGARDING THE REDENOMINATION OF THE COMPANY’S CURRENCY

Shareholders are referred to the announcement and are advised, with effect from 9 October 2014, the currency of the company has been redenominated from pounds sterling (“GBP”) to Euro (“EUR”). As approved by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting on 8 September 2014, for the purposes of changing the currency denomination of the share capital of the company from GBP to EUR, the board of directors of the company have used a GBP:EUR exchange rate of GBP1.00:EUR1.258, resulting in an authorised share capital of EUR1 258.00 comprising 1,000,000,000 common shares of EUR0.000001258 each.”
