ARGUS CONTINUES GLOBAL EXPANSION
Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 November, 2014 – Argus Group Holdings Limited (the “Group” or the “Argus Group”; Ticker: AGH.BH) today announces the acquisition of the client portfolio of Millennium Insurance Agency Ltd (Millennium) in Malta, on October 24, 2014.
In keeping with Argus’ commitment to seek further opportunities for global expansion, the purchase of Millennium’s client relationships allows Argus Insurance Agencies Limited (AIAL) in Malta, to further strengthen its existing commercial customer base, while growing its existing portfolio through new and complementary lines of business.
The Argus Group CEO, Ms Alison Hill commented: “We’re excited about the opportunity to expand our footprint in Europe and to strengthen our relationships with our Maltese colleagues and clients.
