Hamilton, Bermuda – 12 January, 2015 – Further to the announcement of 05 January, 2015, the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) announces the de-listing, of Hyper Secure Ltd. (HYPR.BH) effective today, in accordance with the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, namely:
1. Regulation 2.24(1) – failure to pay Listing fees; &,
2. Regulation 2.24(4) – unsuitability to Listed for failure to meet on-going obligations.
