Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 January, 2015 – Further to the announcement of 05 January, 2015, the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) announces the de-listing, of Energy Solutions Ltd. (ENSL.BH) effective today, in accordance with the BSX Listing Regulations, Section I, Chapter 2, namely:
