The Company has advised that Dean Boyce is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration at Henley Management College, U.K. Mr. Boyce has held a range of senior positions in companies operating in a number of countries around the world (Far East, Middle East, Europe and the Americas), in a wide variety of cultural and competitive environments. Responsibilities have included 25 years with the global telecommunications company, Cable & Wireless; and in more recent years the role of Executive Chairman of Belize Telemedia Limited, the largest telecommunications company in Belize, and the Receiver/Manager of Ambergris Cay Development in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
