Delta International Property Holdings Limited Delist From the BSX
Hamilton, Bermuda – 31 March, 2015 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary de-listing, of Delta International Property Holdings Limited (DLI.BH) effective 30 March 2015.
On 31 October, 2014 at a Special General Meeting it was resolved that the Company discontinue as a Bermuda exempt company. It was further resolved that the Directors apply for delisting of the Company’s securities listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
