Hamilton, Bermuda: 13 April 2015 - Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company" or "BCGR"), announces that its 2015 Annual General Meeting will be held at 94 Pitts Bay Road, Pembroke HM 08, Bermuda on 13 May 2015 at 1:00 p.m. (Bermuda time).
In connection with this meeting, a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2014, copies of which have been posted to shareholders, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *. The Notice of the 2015 Annual General Meeting, and its associated Proxy Form, are both included within the Annual Report.
