Polaris Announces resignation of Director
Hamilton, Bermuda – 22 April, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Polaris Holding Company Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: POLAR.BH) has announced that Mrs. Siobhan Lohan Rose has resigned with immediate effect from the Polaris Board of Directors.
Chairman of the Board, Mrs. Cheryl Hayward-Chew expressed her appreciation to Mrs. Lohan Rose for her contribution to the Board over the past year.
Mrs. Hayward-Chew noted that, “Mrs. Lohan Rose will be missed. She made a valuable contribution and we want to wish her every success in her future endeavors.”
