Africa International Capital Ltd.- Angola Portfolio
Hamilton, Bermuda—28 April 2015: The Bermuda Stock Exchange (the Exchange) today announced that the Ordinary Shares of the Angola Portfolio of Africa International Capital Ltd (Ticker:AICA.BH) are now subject of a waiver granted by the Exchange’s Listing Committee pursuant to Regulation 4.10 of Chapter 4 of Section IIA of the Bermuda Stock Exchange Listing Regulations.
As such, and effective from the Market Open at 09:00hrs today, the Ordinary Shares are no longer subject to the Exchange’s Restricted Marketing to Qualified Investors provisions and may now be purchased and traded on the Exchange by members of the general public.
