·         Listing Classification:- Section IIIA – International Issuers of Equity Securities.

 

·         Method of Listing:- Subsequent Issue. The Issuer has a primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange. The Bermuda Stock Exchange listing is a secondary listing.

 

·         Date of Admission to Listing:- Friday, 1 May, 2015.
