Angola International Capital Angola Portfolio Approved to Trade on The Bermuda Stock Exchange’s Main Board

Hamilton, Bermuda: 1 May 2015 -  The Bermuda Stock Exchange announced on April 28, 2015 that the listing of the Company’s segregated account, Angola International Capital (BSX Ticker: AICA.BH), moved from the Bermuda Stock Exchange’s mezzanine market to the main board. The Ordinary Shares are no longer subject to the Exchange’s Restricted Marketing to Qualified Investors provisions and may now be purchased and traded on the Exchange by members of the general public.

The Company’s CEO, Christopher Darnell said: "The Company has succeeded in creating what it believes to be the very first publicly listed stock on the main board of an international stock exchange that is exclusive to the Angolan market. This is a great step forward for Angola and its existing and future investors."

Angola International Capital’s strategy is to become one of the pre-eminent real estate operators in the country. Angola is one of the world’s fastest growing economies with high growth and low inflation. Many prominent, global corporations are represented in Angola thus creating important demand for premier residential, commercial and light industrial property. Angola International Capital is also developing assisted purchase programmes for the fast emerging middle class, given the severe residential property shortage in Angola.

The Company’s CFO, Nicholas Penn, stated that the Company focuses on quality opportunities with the potential to provide investors with attractive investment yields and underlying asset growth.
