Collins International Limited – Early termination of the life of the Company
Hamilton, Bermuda – 07 May, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Collins International Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: COLINSI GU) formally announces that the Board of Directors has circulated proposed written resolutions to the shareholders of the Company. The resolutions proposed are for the early termination of the Company, the sale of the Company’s investments, the de-listing of the Company’s shares on the BSX, the revoking of the Company’s regulatory licence and the eventual placing of the Company into voluntary liquidation. A further announcement will be released of the result of the circulation of the resolutions.
