Collins International Limited – Market Announcement
Hamilton, Bermuda – 18 May, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Collins International Limited (the “Issuer”; Ticker: COLINSI GU) formally announced that the Board of Directors had circulated proposed written resolutions to the shareholders of the Company. The resolutions proposed were for the early termination of the Company, the sale of the Company’s investments, the de-listing of the Company’s shares on the BSX, the revoking of the Company’s regulatory licence and the eventual placing of the Company into voluntary liquidation.
All written resolutions were passed unanimously and the Company will commence de-listing from the Bermuda Stock Exchange with effect from 22 May 2015 following which the Company will be voluntarily wound up.
