Hamilton, Bermuda – 22 May, 2015 – The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) announces the voluntary, de-listing, effective immediately, by CLSA Global Markets Ltd. of both the 144A & RegS Certificates for:

1.    Anhui Conch Cement – expired 31 March, 2015;

2.    Baoshan Iron & Steel – expired 31 March, 2015;

3.    China Pacific Insurance  – expired 31 March, 2015;

4.    Citic Securities – expired 31 March, 2015

5.    Daquin Railway – expired 31 March, 2015;

6.    GD Power Development – expired 31 March, 2015;

7.    Huaya Automotive Systems – expired 31 March, 2015;

8.    Qingdao Haier – expired 31 March, 2015.
