Ascendant Group Limited Announces Closure of Appliance Sales and Service Departments of Bermuda Gas and Utility Company
Hamilton, Bermuda – 04 June, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Ascendant Group Limited (the "Ascendant Group" or “Company”; Ticker: AGL.BH) today announced that the Board of Directors of Ascendant Group Limited at a Board Meeting held on 4 June, 2015 approved the closure of the appliance sales and service departments within its subsidiary company Bermuda Gas and Utility Company Ltd. This Ascendant Group subsidiary will revert to its core business of the sale and delivery of propane gas to both commercial and residential customers.
