Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Hamilton, Bermuda – 11 June, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company" or "BCGR"; BSX Ticker: BCGR.BH) advised of the resignation of a Non-Executive Director. The filing reads:
The Company announces that Mr. Neil W. McConachie has advised its Board of Directors (the “Board”) of his intention to resign as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect to pursue another opportunity in the reinsurance sector, and that the Board has accepted his resignation. Mr. McConachie has served on the Board since the Company’s launch in November 2012.
The Board intends to appoint a new Independent Non-Executive Director to fill the vacancy left by Mr. McConachie’s departure. The Board has commenced a formal process for identifying a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy, and the Company will announce Mr. McConachie’s replacement in due course.
