Bank of Butterfield Delist Subordinated Notes Series A - Due July 2015 From The BSX

 

Hamilton, Bermuda – 23 June, 2015 – The Bank of Butterfield notified the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) on 22 June 2015, that its Subordinated Notes Series A - Due July 2015 were redeemed on 2 January 2014.  The BSX have today approved the retroactive delisting of these Notes.
