BH Global Limited announces the Results of Partial Capital Return

Hamilton, Bermuda – 3 July, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), the Board of BH Global Limited (the “Company”; Ticker:BHGU.BH) announced the number of shares of the Company have been redeemed and cancelled. The filing stated:

Further to the announcement made on 1 July 2015 regarding the results of the Company’s partial capital return, the Company announces that the following number of shares of the Company have been redeemed and cancelled today. 

Redemption proceeds are anticipated to be dispatched to shareholders who have participated in the partial capital return during the week commencing 6 July 2015.

Following redemption and cancellation of the relevant shares, the total number of shares in issue in each class on 3 July 2015 is as follows:

4,960,926        US Dollar Shares;

   461,836        US Dollar Treasury Shares;

27,094,409      Sterling Shares; and

2,710,844        Sterling Treasury Shares.

The number of votes each share in the Company is entitled to on a poll at any general meeting of the Company was published by the Company on 23 May 2008 and will not change as a result of the redemptions and cancellations.  These are:

Sterling Share              1.97950

As at 3 July 2015, the total number of voting rights in the Company in respect of shares in issue (rounded down to the nearest whole number) is 58,594,308 and the total number of voting rights in respect of shares held by the Company in treasury (rounded down to the nearest whole number) is 5,827,951.
