Hamilton, Bermuda – 13 July, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company" or "BCGR"; BSX Ticker: BCGR.BH) announced that today a Supplementary Prospectus was published.  The filing reads:

Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

The Company has today published a Supplementary Prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority. The publication of the Third Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules arising as a result of changes to the Company's portfolio at the June 2015 reinsurance renewals, which were announced on 9 July 2015.

The Third Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Original Prospectus, the First Supplementary Prospectus and the Second Supplementary Prospectus.

A copy of the Third Supplementary Prospectus will be available (subject to applicable law) on the Company's website at www.bcgr.bm and for collection, free of charge during normal business hours, from the offices of Hogan Lovells International LLP, Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FG and at the registered office of the Company until 19 November 2015.
