Hamilton, Bermuda – 20 July, 2015: Sema Lease UK Limited (the “Company”) advises that, following the redemption in accordance with their terms on 20 July, 2015, of the Company’s Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) Listed GBP 345,000 Series 2 - Issue 004 - 6% Notes, said Notes have been delisted from the BSX.
