Hamilton, Bermuda – 19 August, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”), Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company" or "BCGR"; BSX Ticker: BCGR.BH) announced that that Mr. William Pollett has resigned from Blue Capital Management Ltd effective as of 12 August 2015. The filing stated:
The board of directors of Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that it has been informed by Blue Capital Management Ltd. ("BCML"), the Company’s investment manager, that Mr. William Pollett has resigned from BCML effective as of 12 August 2015, following the completion of the merger between Montpelier Re Holdings Ltd. (“Montpelier”) and Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd. (“Endurance”). Mr. Pollett has also resigned from all of his former executive positions and directorships with Montpelier and its subsidiaries.
The Investment Manager also announced that Adam Szakmary has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager of the Investment Manager. Mr. Szakmary has held the role of Portfolio Manager since the Company’s launch in November 2012.

Adam Szakmary Biography
Prior to his role at the Investment Manager, Mr. Szakmary was both an underwriter of the U.S. Property Treaty Portfolio and a Vice President of Risk Management at Montpelier Reinsurance Ltd. (“Montpelier Re”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Endurance. Mr. Szakmary assisted in the launch of Endurance at Lloyd’s (formerly known as Montpelier at Lloyd’s) where he was the international property class underwriter, and prior to that he underwrote the terrorism portfolio at Montpelier Re. He has worked with the U.S. Overseas Private Investment Corporation, and the U.S. Department of Commerce evaluating political risk while researching terrorism. Mr. Szakmary holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Policy from American University, and a double Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Policy Studies and Political Science with high distinction from the University of Rhode Island.
