Hamilton, Bermuda – 27 August, 2015 – Africa International Capital Ltd  (“AICA” or “the Company”; Ticker: AICA.BH) announces the appointment of Pavlos Papageorgiou as Director with effect from July 16, 2015.  The filing stated:             

“The Company is pleased to announce, with effect from July 16, 2015, the appointment of Pavlos Papageorgiou as director of the Company:

Pavlos Papageorgiou is currently an Advisor to Seacor Holdings where he works with the management team in executing corporate opportunities. He has significant business development experience in sourcing, negotiating and executing high-profile strategic transactions, executing more than $150 billion in mergers and acquisitions advisory and restructuring assignments. Previously, Mr. Papageorgiou spent eight years at Morgan Stanley where he held a number of senior positions including head of Morgan Stanley’s Principal M&A Execution and, more recently, as Assistant Treasurer and Global Head of Liquidity Planning & Coverage. From 1996 to 2006, he worked in the Investment Banking department at Merrill Lynch.

The Company would like to announce that Nicholas Penn has been named President and Chief Operating Officer of Africa International Capital.  Previously, Mr. Penn held the title of Chief Financial Officer. He will continue to report the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Christopher Darnell. Additionally, Brenton Kuss has been named Finance Director, reporting to Mr. Penn.”
