Shareholders are advised that Cream Magenta 140 Proprietary Limited (“Cream Magenta”), which held 12.4441% of the Class A Shares in the Company, and Metcap 14 Proprietary Limited (“Metcap”), which held 12.4441% of the Class A Shares in the Company, each purchased 18.1% of the Class A shareholding in the Company held by Brait Mauritius Limited (“Brait”). This has increased Cream Magenta’s total shareholding of Class A Shares to 30.5568% and Metcap’s total shareholding of Class A Shares to 30.5568%, and Brait now holds no Class A Shares in the Company.
The relevant Class A shares traded on 9 September 2015.
The Company has a primary listing on the BSX and a secondary listing on the JSE’s Alternative Exchange.
