Hamilton, Bermuda – 14 September, 2015 – The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) today announced the approval of the listing of additional Certificates pursuant to the CLSA Global Markets Pte. Ltd. - Asian Securities Programme (the “Programme”) under the BSX’s Restricted Marketing provisions for Qualified Investors.
Approved were Certificates in respect of shares in the following companies:
1. Indraprastha Gas Limited due 30 Apr 2020
2. Larsen & Toubro Ltd due 23 Dec 2016
3. Thermax Ltd due 21 May 2020
