Corum Property Investments Limited – Dividend and Return of Capital
Hamilton, Bermuda – 24 September, 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange (“BSX”) Corum Property Investments Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: CORUMPR.GU) announced a dividend and a return of capital. The filing stated:
We are pleased to advise that the Board of the Company has resolved to redeem 93.944% of each investor’s holding such that each investor will retain 2.5% of the original number of shares for which they originally subscribed. The redemption will include fractional shares and each share will be redeemed at £1,000.00 per share which is the original subscription price per share and is hence a return of capital. After this redemption the Company will have 470.175 ordinary shares in issue.
The Board of the Company has further resolved to pay a dividend of £7,500 per share outstanding, calculated on the number of shares in issue immediately after the above redemption.
This capital distribution and dividend will be paid on Thursday 1st October to all shareholders that have confirmed their bank details to Praxis Fund Services as requested.
