Hamilton, Bermuda – 30 September, 2015 – Ascendant Group Limited (Ticker: AGL.BH) has requested, and received, permission from the Bermuda Stock Exchange to extend the deadline for filing its 2015 Unaudited Interim Financial Results from 30 September, 2015 to 31 October 2015.
Ascendant Group is in the process of transitioning from Canadian GAAP to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) method of financial reporting which is impacting timing of release of its six month interim results.
