Appointment of Mr Lumkile Mondi to the Pallinghurst Board
HAMILTON, Bermuda – 29 October 2015 – In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange dated 29 October 2015, Pallinghurst Resources Limited (the “Company”; Ticker: PALLRES.BH), made the following announcement:
The directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Lumkile Mondi as an independent non-executive director of the board of Pallinghurst. The appointment will take effect immediately.
Mr Mondi is a senior lecturer at the School of Economics and Business Science at the University of Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. Mr Mondi serves on the boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies including ArcelorMittal South Africa, and holds a Masters in Economics from Eastern Illinois University.
Mr Mondi has held senior positions at a number of key South African institutions including Transnet and most recently as a Chief Economist of the Industrial Development Corporation.
