Shore Capital Group Limited- Result of General Meeting

Hamilton, Bermuda: 3 November 2015 - Shore Capital Group Limited, (SGR.BH, SGR.LN) the independent investment group specialising in principal finance, equity capital market activities and alternative asset management, today announces that at the General Meeting held today, 3 November 2015 at 2 pm, the ordinary resolution relating to the proposed tender offer for up to 9.91 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of £4.175 per share (the "Tender Offer") was duly passed.

The results of the Tender Offer will be notified on 5 November 2015.
