Somers Limited - Share Repurchase for December 2015

Hamilton, Bermuda – 06 January, 2016 – Somers Limited (“Somers”, the “Company” or the “Group”; Ticker: SOM.BH), a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of December 2015, Somers purchased 4,000 of its own common shares (the “Shares”) at an average cost of $13.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
